Raianna sylvester

Raianna Sylvester joined Oak Rose Group in March 2022 as an Associate, providing executive assistance to daily operations and client project management. Promoted to Senior Associate in January 2025, Raianna serves as a project management lead and provides strategic support for a diverse set of clients. 
 

Prior to joining ORG, Raianna served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of United Way of Greater Chattanooga, and previously served as a Special Education Instructional Assistant and head coach at Culver City High School in California. 

Raianna graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business management. She was a four-year Infielder for the ASU Sun Devils woman’s softball team, earning a place in the NCAA Regionals all four years. Today, Raianna lives in Culver City, California with her husband and two young daughters.
