Raianna Sylvester joined Oak Rose Group in March 2022 as an Associate, providing executive assistance to daily operations and client project management. In her role, Raianna oversees scheduling, event and program logistics, and leads client project management to ensure the timely delivery of all client work. 

 

Prior to joining ORG, Raianna served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of United Way of Greater Chattanooga, and previously served as a Special Education Instructional Assistant and head coach at Culver City High School in California. 

Raianna graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business management. She was a three-year Infielder for the ASU Sun Devils woman’s softball team, earning a place in the NCAA Regionals all three years. Today, Raianna lives in Culver City, California with her husband and two young daughters.
