Natalie joined Oak Rose Group in November 2022 as an Associate, providing various support services, including grant writing, copyediting, research, and systems and project management.

 

In addition to a decade of consulting experience, she previously served as the executive director of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial services and payday loan alternatives to the working poor in Colorado Springs. At the same nonprofit, Natalie served as the event and volunteer coordinator for thousands of families during its annual Christmas giveaway. Natalie has experience with small business growth and ownership after developing and operating a successful engagement and wedding photography business.

 

Natalie holds dual bachelor’s degrees in business administration (Adams State University) and nursing (Colorado State University–Pueblo). A native of Colorado, Natalie enjoys outdoor mountain summer adventures, live music, and international travel with her husband. She currently lives in Colorado Springs and enjoys escaping Colorado winters in warmer parts of the U.S.
