Erica Haines joined Oak Rose Group in 2024 as a Client Advisor, bringing a wealth of experience in philanthropy, workforce development, and social impact. She is passionate about understanding client's needs and matching them with the products, processes and partnerships that enhance their growth strategy. 

 

Before joining Oak Rose Group, Erica served in a variety of early-stage ventures with both grantmaking and grant receiving entities. Most notably, she served as a program director at the Philanthropy Roundtable where she focused on education and workforce development related issues. In this role, she worked closely with funders, nonprofits, and national thought leaders with a commitment to eliminating barriers to upward mobility and expanding opportunity for all Americans. Erica also worked at the Stand Together Foundation where she helped cultivate one of the country’s largest community-based poverty alleviation grant portfolios. Prior to joining the social sector in America, Erica pursued a personal passion of living abroad and designing and managing capacity-building programs for national corporations and state-owned enterprises in Southeast Asia. 

 

Erica holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of Loudoun County, Virginia, she currently resides there with her husband, son, and French bulldog.
