Amy Allred joined Oak Rose Group in July 2023 as Senior Director, bringing over a decade of experience in the philanthropic sector and expertise in charter and Catholic school education.

 

Prior to joining ORG,  Amy spent 12 years with the William E. Simon Foundation, where she was the Senior Program Officer. She managed the funding process for hundreds of nonprofit organizations to support its work in K-12 education, parental choice policy, family-strengthening initiatives and policy, faith-strengthening programming, and religious liberty policy, helping to distribute nearly $110 million in philanthropic giving.  Before that, Amy spent five years in the publishing industry at National Review magazine.

 

Amy is a graduate of Providence College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.  She currently resides in Fairfield County, CT with her husband and three children.
